I’m Abhinav Anil — Abi for short — a tech support specialist based in Kitchener, Ontario. Since 2022, I’ve been working in university IT support, spending every day helping real people navigate real tech problems with patience and clarity.

But honestly? This started long before 2022. I’ve been taking apart computers, fixing devices, and figuring out how things work since I was a kid. What began as curiosity became a career — and what drives that career is simple: technology should work for people, not the other way around.
